My room had cozy bedding and very silent air condition. I appreciate the prompt room service available. The hotel's fitness center feature modern equipment. I saw the rooftop infinity pool and spacious sun deck.

The elevators could be a little faster during peak hours.

decent stay BUT with minor issues

modern design convenient location dark curtains road noise poor service missing jacuzzi

i liked THE modern design. the location is very convenient. my room had dark curtains. the air conditioning worked VERY well.

i did not like the road noise. i found some service to be poor. i noticed the hotel did NOT have a jacuzzi.

Decent stay at the hotel

efficient service comfortable beds quick delivery cold pool area short hours cold water

The room size was generous. Beds were comfortable. I asked for lower profile pillows, and the staff delivered them within 15 minutes. This service was efficient.

The pool area on level 29 was very cold because it is open. I recommend a roof to protect swimmers from cold wind. The opening and closing times for the spa on level 2 and the pool on level 29 could be longer. The water in the pool on level 22 felt cold.
